complete replication of their production facilities to service all their
Clients, including AMCOR Limited. The business continuity service includes
the provision of a dedicated Class 'A' data centre, with a comprehensive
range of monitoring, operations support and network services.

Hansen provides a complete range of Information Technology support services
to VENCorp, incorporating:
- Office LAN and WAN Management and support services
- Server Management for Windows Server 2000 environments
- On-Site desktop support services during business hours, with
additional support provided during peak times, or on request, for Windows
2000 and Windows XP Operating Systems.
- SQL Server 2000 database administration
- Fully managed security solutions including timely application of
up-to-date virus management software, and Exchange 2000 administration.
